About Us

Hello, and welcome to Riverbourne Labradors. My name is Jennifer, and Riverbourne began with our girl River. I chose River hoping she could one day become the foundation of a small breeding program, provided she matured with the health, temperament, and Labrador qualities I was looking for. She has since become not only the foundation of Riverbourne, but a much-loved part of our family.

We are a small breeding program in Northwest Arkansas, and our dogs are very much part of our everyday family life. We make thoughtful breeding decisions, prioritizing health and temperament. Our puppies are born and raised in our home and receive age-appropriate socialization, enrichment, and early training before joining their new families.

I’m especially grateful for the guidance and mentorship of Kathy of Karemy Labradors. Her decades of experience with Labradors and her knowledge of structure, health, temperament, and breeding have been an invaluable part of my learning and Riverbourne's growth.

I am so grateful for the families who choose a Riverbourne puppy and for the opportunity to stay connected as their puppies grow. Seeing them loved, happy, and settled into their new homes is incredibly rewarding.

At the heart of Riverbourne is a deep love for Labradors and a desire to raise puppies I would be proud to bring into my own family.
